Download the Home Warranty PlanWhen you buy a home with a CENTURY 21® Home Protection Plan, you'll receive a full year of protection against normal wear and tear on the home's covered major mechanical systems and built-in appliances from the day you close. You'll pay a small deductible for each approved claim, but that's small change compared to paying the full cost of repairs or replacement. Now isn't that the kind of security you have come to expect from CENTURY 21®?

The Advantages of a Home Protection Plan*

  • 1. Security - You don't have to worry about how you are going to pay for covered repairs if a breakdown occurs.

  • 2. Cost Savings - You can save money by paying a low deductible per service call instead of paying the full cost of covered repairs.

  • 3. Convenience - You need only call one toll-free number to arrange for service through our network of local, professional technicians.

  • 4. Peace of Mind - You can call the automated Customer Care Line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Personnel available to authorize emergency service, if needed.

Lowering the Cost of Expensive Home Repair Bills
You buy homeowner's insurance to protect your investment against storms, fire and theft. So why not purchase a plan that provides protection on the things you use every day?

The CENTURY 21® Home Protection Plan provides repair or replacement protection on many of your home's major mechanical systems and built-in appliances for 12 or 24 full months after the closing date. If a covered item should breakdown due to normal wear and tear, you simply call the toll-free, 24 hour Customer Care Line and arrange for repair service.

Important Information about your Home Protection Plan

Not all problems that develop can be covered by your home protection plan. At Aon Home Warranty Services, we want you to understand the coverages offered, which is why we include our complete terms and conditions here for your review prior to purchase. Some key facts to be aware of include:

  • *The Home Protection Plan does not cover everything and is only intended to provide protection for covered breakdowns. Certain exclusions and limitations apply. Be sure to carefully read the entire Terms and Conditions and, in particular, sections E) Exclusions and F) Limitations of Liability.

  • *The Home Protection Plan does not replace the need for a home inspection - pre-existing defects, improper installation or building code violations are not covered.

  • *If you have a claim, you must receive an authorization based on an estimate of costs prior to any work being performed or your claim will not be paid. Be sure to call prior to the start of any repairs or replacements.

  • *You are not required to purchase the Home Protection Plan to obtain financing or for any other reason; purchase is strictly voluntary.
