Karen did an overall great job and was probably the best realtor I have worked with. Selling my parents house (both deceased) was emotionally difficult, and Karen helped make the whole process so much easier. I would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the Nashua area.

My fiancé and I were new to the area and had very little geographical limitations. Evan took the time to travel for multiple house tours and open houses. We were always able to get in contact with Evan when we had questions. Overall, he made this very stressful process a lot easier and he understood our needs and wants for a home. Evan will be my go-to for real estate needs in the future!

Rick Cardinal was exceptional and extraordinary to work with. A couple years ago, I purchased my condo in Nashua with the help from a Century 21 Cardinal realtor. I came back to work with this company due to their values and commitment to get the job done. This was my choice and would be again, even when I had moved halfway across the country to Missouri and had so many of these 'easy' remote realtor options .

Rick worked with me remotely and took care of EVERYTHING seamlessly. I cannot express how much stress this saved me by working with someone that was completely dedicated to getting the job done. From meeting with my parents who were getting the home ready for sale, to the professional photos, to moving and rehoming furniture that I could not do (as I was not physically there) etc. This process was effortless. EFFORTLESS!!

I have never physically been able to shake Rick Cardinal's hand thank you - but next time I am in town to see my family, I am making a special trip just to say thank you to him in person. If this is your first or 100th time selling (or buying), you NEED Century 21 Cardinal.

Bill Brown was critical to the success of my wife and I finding our first home in a white-hot housing market. When we found properties we were interested in, he was always quick on his feet to schedule viewings and would be there with us every step of the way providing valuable thoughts and insight throughout the walkthrough, drawing from his many years of experience with both buyers and sellers alike. After we went under contract, Bill was crucial in walking us through the closing steps and was even able to negotiate a lower price on our property. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone who wants an honest, patient, knowledgeable and reliable agent rather than someone simply trying to make a commission. We will absolutely be using Bill again if we ever decide to sell and/or buy another property.
